Sim, após muita discussão e auto-reflexão, finalmente cortei o cabelo. Levei cerca de 1 ano a ganhar coragem suficiente para fazê-lo, mas quem me conhece sabe que isto não poderia ser feito de ânimo leve.
Fui munida das minhas fotos de inspiração para o salão ID, falei com a Paula Teixeira (minha hairstylist) que a par com o Carlos Gago (considerado pela última edição da Vogue Portugal como um dos 10 melhores hairstylists de Portugal) explicaram-me como seria o corte (não gosto de cabelos muito escadeados, pelo menos não em mim) e a Paula deu início à dura tarefa de cortar o meu "rapuncabelo".
Enquanto ainda estou em estado de choque (sim, porque não é fácil cortar um cabelo tão lindo e tão bem tratado como o meu era), o estado "cabelo curto" está a começar a crescer em mim, só de pensar na forma como os statement earrings e necklaces ficarão! Para além de que este corte de cabelo deu-me um ar muito mais novo e sofisticado.

Yes, after much
debate and self-reflection, I chopped my hair off.
Only took me about a year to get enough guts to do it -- but if you know me,
that's about par for the course.
Fitted with my inspiration photos I went to ID Hairdresser, spoke with Paula Teixeira (my hairstylist) which together with Carlos Gago
(considered by last edition of Vogue Portugal as one of the best 10 hairstylist
of Portugal) explained to me as it would be cut (don't like hair very layered,
at least not on me) and Paula began the hard task of cuting my "rapunzelhair".
While I'm still in a bit of scissor shock, I think it's starting to grow on me!
Plus, I'm starting to see the beauty of statement earrings and necklaces in a
whole new light. In addition to that, this hair cut gave me a much more new and
sophisticated look.
